Unable to run First program , error given as The ANDROID_HOME environment variable - URGENT HELP NEEDED

Even though all the Environment variables are set correctly i m getting error.

The ANDROID_HOME environment variable is not set to the Android SDK root directory path. ANDROID_HOME is required for compatibility with SDK 23+. Checking along PATH for adb.

Encountered internal error running command: Error: Could not find 'adb.exe' in PATH. Please set the ANDROID_HOME or ANDROID_SDK_ROOT environment variables to the corect Android SDK root directory path..

Below things have already been done still error given -

Android_Home is set to path of SDK

platform-tools,platforms,tools  have been added to Path

path for Android is set

please assist. Document with screenshot is attached.
