I have downloaded the POI zip file as instructed in the videos , but the jar files are different . 3 Jar files are same as shown in the video nut 2 are different.Why?and What to do?

2) I downloaded the code and while I ma trying to use XLS_reader code , I am getting quite a lot of errors .Please Help.
