When we try to access batch recordings from Part 4, system redirects me to can't access page as shown in below screen shot.
When I attempt to access Part 5 onwards, system just keeps me in processing mode, but video is not playing forever.
This is very important and urgent to me.

This is the same issue with me and from class 7th vedios are not workin.I sent you email also.Please help
