Maven Update-> Getting Error

Maven Project -> During POM save , recieved warning msg

"Description Resource Path Location Type
Project configuration is not up-to-date with pom.xml. Select: Maven->Update Project... from the project context menu or use Quick Fix. ReowrkOnTestNG line 1 Maven Configuration Problem".

During maven update , i am receiving hard error message as displayed in screen shot. Let me know how to resolve this issue.
