On the 42nd minute, of file handling second video,  when you add XLS file and add the current package, the errors in the XMLS_Reader file go away, however I am getting the error "The package org is not accessible"

Yes. If you do not include all poi API jars then you get this error.

Jars are present at - www.qtpselenium.com/downloads/poi.rar
