I forgot to add selenium jar file ..when i add it was working but TestNg is not related to selenium right..it is java based component.it has to work even though if i dont add jar file ..please clarify this.

You might be using some component of Selenium. As i said earlier, we wont be able to suggest any solution/clarification without analysing the code or the error stack trace.
